Animals
Having a goat may mean the difference between a family eating or not. One simple goat can provide milk, plus income from the sell of excess milk. The animal can be breed, producing livestock for eating. It's the same with chickens, cows and oxen. An animal can lift a family out of poverty almost instantaneously. If you cannot contribute to the full price of an animal, please consider providing a share of the costs. It truly makes the difference between life and death in Africa.

Food & Health
HIV/AIDs infection rates are highest in Western Kenya. AIDs impacts millions of Africans, debilitating them before killing them and weakening an already crippled economy. The death of these adults leaves millions of children orphaned and hungry. An estimated one million orphans live in Kenya alone. Through a program started with PEPFAR funding, TICH currently feeds between 1,000 and 2,000 orphans a month but wants to double and eventually quadruple the number of orphans receiving regular meals from TICH. When you buy a gift to feed children and adults living with HIV/AIDS, your donations will be used to purchase the foods and transport the foodstuffs to children in rural districts throughout Western Kenya.
